 Eaglerange
Estate is situated in north east Victoria in beautiful Happy Valley, part of the Alpine
Valleys wine region. This cool climate winery derived
its name from the watchful eagles that have made the surrounding area
their home for many decades.The family run vineyard was established in the spring of 1995, with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot being the prominent red varieties planted. The property has been in the Ivone family for more then three generations, with the young bloods having a greater input into the everyday operations of Eaglerange Estate. The vines, which are planted along the slopes of Happy Valley exhibit a natural balance of vigour and the high quality grapes produce high quality wines. Eaglerange Estate has recently planted a Spanish red grape, Temperanillo. This variety will add a new dimension to Eaglerange Estate. We are open daily between 10am and 5pm. |
