2004 Gewurztraminer
A clean, crisp dry white wine, tasting of spice and honey. It fills the glass with its bouquet, then fills the mouth. The generous fruit flavours carry hints of lychee, peach and honeysuckle. The palate is long. The wine complements a range of food dishes.

2011 Gewurtztraminer
A beautiful young wine, the bouquet spicy and citrusy, the palate flavoured with lychee, rose and apricot.  We picked early to retain both freshness and acidity. With a little time in bottle it is a delightful wine for summer drinking and dining.

2005 Unwooded Chardonnay
Unencumbered by oak. Generous fruit with hints of peach and pear. It is a  full and elegant dry wine continuing to drink beautifully with increasing bottle age.

2005 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
4 ½ Stars and topped its class in Winestate Magazine NE Tasting Nov/Dec 2008. Won bronze medals at Australian Small Winemaker’s Show 2007 & 2008 & at Myrtleford Show 2007 & 2008.
This is a rich minty and chocolatey wine which has had two years in small oak barrels. A classic cool-climate cabernet sauvignon, this wine shows the effects of our hot summer days and clear, cool nights. Wonderful with char-grilled steak, it is ready for drinking, but will continue to age well for seven to ten years.  A seriously good wine.

2006 Cabernet Sauvignon
Top Silver medal Victorian Wine Show Class 32; Bronze medals Australian Small Winemaker’s Show and Myrtleford Show.
2006 was a warm year and the cabernet matured early and fully. The ripe fruit has married with the French oak (40% new) to produce a rich, sweet and satisfying wine, which has continued to improve in bottle. A great food wine.

2008 Cabernet Sauvignon
93++ points Wine Front 2011; Silver Medal Myrtleford Show 2011.
Our latest release cabernet is a beauty. Ripe fruit from a warm year has been worked into a delicious, plummy, elegant wine.  The bouquet is spicy, with cherry, plum and tobacco mixed. The palate is a complex of  berry fruit with light oak treatment intermarried. Again we have a splendid food wine.

2006 Late Harvest Wine: ‘White Gold’
3 ½ Stars and topped class in Winestate tasting Nov/Dec 2008.
This luscious dessert wine is a mixture of 40% Gewürztraminer and 60% Chardonnay. Made from the super-ripe fruit we were able to grow in 2006, its smooth peach, vanilla and honey characteristics make it ideal for drinking with blue cheese or chocolate. It’s ready to drink it now, but if you can resist, it will continue to improve in bottle for years.
